This is my second week in my 12 Months of Getting it Done plan that you can read about here http://www.leahinspired.com/2012/12/12-months-of-getting-it-done.html if you haven't read the plan yet. My first month's goal is meal planning and the first week went fairly well.
The main problem that I had was that things came up and my schedule or plans changed. For example, we had not yet celebrated Christmas with my dad so it was planned late this week to celebrate on Saturday. I had already had this week planned out, so I had to adjust it accordingly.
I decided that if something like this happens again and I don't use a recipe or meal that I had planned on using, I will just transfer it to the next week. So far the easy dry erase board seems to be working but I would like to be more organized with my meal choices and selections so I will be working on an organized list of meals as well as recipes that I would like to try.
